This notice covers this static website at buzzscribe.ai and its public informational pages. It does not cover the separate BuzzScribe application, customer workspaces or connected accounts. This website does not provide account sign-in, customer-data uploads, AI processing or a Gmail connection. Those services require their own applicable disclosures before use.
Information processed when you visit
Vercel hosts this website. Delivering and protecting a webpage involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, the requested page, request time and browser information. Hosting and security records may be used to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
We have not added analytics tools, advertising pixels, third-party video players or external font services to this website. We do not use website visitor information for targeted advertising or sell it. Our website code does not set cookies or store visitor information in local or session storage. Hosting infrastructure may independently process information needed to deliver and secure requests.

We retain email correspondence according to whether an enquiry remains open, an associated discussion is continuing, or particular records are needed for a legal obligation or dispute. We do not use receipt of an enquiry as a reason to keep all its content indefinitely. Hosting request records are managed under the hosting service's configuration and policies for operation, security and incident investigation; their retention is separate from email correspondence.
